Born in Sao Paulo, Brazil, Chef Wilson was inspired by the hospitality industry when he moved to Buzios, Rio Janeiro and worked as a Front of House manager for restaurants and hotels. In 2002, he moved to New York City to join a catering company located in Tribeca. A new opportunity led Chef Wilson in 2004 to another catering company in Queens where he became Sous Chef, managing a culinary staff from ten to 120 people. In 2008, Wilson moved to Morristown, New Jersey to work as Executive Chef for a high-end catering company. He returned to New York City in 2013 to work as Executive Chef for another great hospitality company that serves Broadway theaters. Later, he was promoted as Vice President of Catering. Now settled in Englewood, New Jersey, Chef Wilson has created a brand new culinary adventure that provides boutique catering for intimate parties as small as ten people and up.
